ABOUT ME

I'm a Chartered & Registered Counselling Psychologist with more than 25 years in the field of mental health, working in the National Health Service(NHS), Ministry Of Defence (MOD), Non Government Organisations (NGO) Voluntary Sector and in Private Practice. Working with adults and adolescents, I offer individual and group therapy, for most psychological presentations. I also specialise in trauma treatment & offer expert witness services.

I have an interest in the effects of the diaspora experience, and facilitate ‘Stranger in a Strange Land’ workshops exploring the effects of migration on psyche and spirit to promote wellbeing.
