THE WAY I WORK
I work in partnership with clients to find the most suitable and beneficial solutions in response to individual circumstances.
Hypnotherapy can help people gain control over areas of their lives which they may not feel they have had control over. As such, hypnosis in a therapeutic context can be used effectively to address a wide range of conditions, enabling people to lead more healthy and fulfilling lives – promoting psychological and physical well-being.
With a background in running mental health support services, I am passionate about mental health and about reducing often associated stigma and pre-conceptions.
I believe that whatever a person's goal is, with the right support, this can be achieved by accessing existing resources to facilitate the desired change.
With extensive experience in support organisations, I have supported people with a range of mental health problems, including anxiety, OCD and social phobias; in groups as well as in 1-to-1 settings.
Through my experience in leadership and management, I have supported the development of staff through 1-to-1 supervision, coaching and mentoring, and enjoy working with individuals to find the direction that they feel is right for them.
