I am a chartered Counselling and Occupational Psychologist, working in therapy, coaching, and as a psychological expert witness for court proceedings.
Practicing in this field for over 13 years I have extensive experience working with private clients, and undertaking Medico-Legal referrals from rehabilitation institutions, healthcare providers and Private / Public bodies, delivering psychological services.
My expertise lies in solving problems within groups and individuals, through the effective use of psychological and therapeutic techniques.
Are you feeling anxious or depressed about something?
Are you experiencing relationship or work-related problems or have noticed that you tend to fall into the same emotional traps again and again?
Do you feel like you are stuck in a rut and want to help yourself get out?
Taking some time out with me to explore your thoughts and feelings and develop strategies for moving your life forward could be of long-term benefit to you.
I deal with a wide range of issues, but have articular interests in clients who have experienced traumatic life events and are interested in over-coming them.

THE WAY I WORK
In therapy, I work with individuals, couples and families.
I adopt and integrative approach in my practice. I endeavour to think about the clients situation and requirements before working on solutions that we agree upon; using the therapeutic approaches that best suit my client's issues.
I am accustomed to working with diverse client groups. Typical tasks for me through therapy or most relationships might include:
Undertaking assessments, including assessment of your psychological need and risk assessment.
Formulating a psychological explanation of the client’s issues.
Establishing a collaborative working relationship with the client based on trust and respect.
Writing reports and record-keeping if required.
Training and supervision of other psychologists.
