I am privileged to work with brave individuals who desire positive change and growth for themselves. I enjoy working with clients to sensitively discover the best way forward for them and help them to achieve the personal goals we set together. I am a LGBT Ally.
I have been practising as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over 5 years within education, NHS, charity and private settings. During this time I have gathered experience of working with anxiety, eating issues, identity, depression, relationship issues, self harm, confidence, gender and sexuality issues.

THE WAY I WORK
Let's talk about you.
Sometimes it's important to speak with some one who's purely focused on you. By providing a space that's just for you, I work by helping you explore and make sense of your feelings, experiences and relationships. This may also include how your present feelings and reactions connect to past events and experiences.
My style is conversational and collaborative. I think it's important to be creative and flexible, working in a way that works for you.
You don't have to know exactly what you want to work on or change - that's something we can clarify together. It's common to experience anxiety or low mood and need to take some time to isolate what the issue is for you.
I aim encourage deepening of your awareness to improve your understanding of your thought processes and behaviours. We may then address any unhelpful patterns and work toward change for a healthier, happy life experience.
I am available to work in a short or long-term way.
Anxiety, Panic disorder, Depression, Sexuality, Eating disorders, Bereavement, Relationship issues, Self-harm, Suicidal thoughts
