UKCP Registered Psychotherapist MBCT Practitioner
I am a compassionate and friendly therapist who aims to create a safe, non-judgemental space for my clients, and forge an open, beneficial therapeutic relationship.
Working in Tech, Finance and Media for many years, in 2009 I finally embarked on a 5 year Post-Graduate training at the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education in London, seeking to change my career but finding that it changed my life. Through my ongoing professional development, my work as a therapist and as a volunteer counsellor I have experienced how helpful and supportive the work can be for both the worried well and those in crisis.
I believe that no problem or issue should ever be seen as too big or too small, too trivial or too difficult, if it is important to you then it is important to me.

THE WAY I WORK
I am very flexible and relaxed in the way I work, and seek to attune the sessions to the client's needs and preferences. As an Integrative practitioner and a believer in a holistic approach to wellbeing, I have the ability to draw on a range of modalities, such as CBT, Psychodynamic, Existential and Transpersonal traditions and can offer a broad range of interventions from traditional one-to-one dialogue to more creative approaches such as meditation and drawing.
My focus in my work, is on helping my clients to reconnect to and restore a sense of confidence, well-being, and self-worth, and hopefully instill a belief that they can not only cope but thrive in this demanding world.
