I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist working with people to increase their physical, mental and emotional well-being. I specialise in working with clients to help them achieve positive change in their lives. I work to resolve the issues that affect your day-to-day physical or mental well-being, including: worry, stress and anxiety; increasing and maintaining physical fitness; dealing with insomnia and sleep issues; confidence-building; shyness and social anxiety; lack of assertiveness; and procrastination/decision-making.

THE WAY I WORK
I understand that deciding to seek help can be a big step, so I offer a very caring and supportive service. My aim is to help you make progress from the very first session.
I offer a free telephone consultation, which lasts for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. This involves an informal chat about the issue you would like help with, and gives you the chance to ask any questions that you have about hypnotherapy. We'll also make sure that hypnotherapy is a suitable treatment for your issue, and I'll explain more about how hypnotherapy can help.
Our first session together starts with a detailed consultation, which allows me to gain a more in-depth understanding of your issue. I’ll also outline your treatment plan in detail, and we’ll discuss and agree it, focusing on what you would like the outcome of the sessions to be. By the end, you’ll have a much better understanding of your issue and how you’ll be able to overcome it. We’ll also begin working on your issue in the very first session, so that you can start to feel an improvement immediately.
I'll provide you with tailored, one-to-one support throughout our time working together, and ensure that you have practical, effective strategies for moving forward. I use an evidence-based approach, selecting tools and methods based on the best clinical and research evidence available about what works in bringing about long-lasting change.
I take a holistic approach to working with clients’ issues, using hypnotherapy alongside a range of other evidence-based CBT techniques. This means there’s a lot of flexibility in the way I work, and I can tailor your hypnotherapy programme to your particular needs.
