THE WAY I WORK
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a brief, modern, evidence based therapy incorporating Behavioural and Evolutionary Psychology and Neuroscience, with Traditional Hypnotherapy, Gestalt, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and coaching.
I work face to face with clients and couples, or via Skype and Zoom for clients further afield.
