Integrative
BACP
I am an integrative therapist who works with individuals in both short and long-term therapy. I recognise that seeking help can be difficult so I try to offer an approachable, empathetic, and supportive style, creating a non-judgmental space for clients to explore the issues that bring you to therapy. My work often examines how unconscious processes and personal history shape present-day behaviours and emotions.
I have supported clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, stress, and bereavement. I have a particular interest in cross-cultural contexts, particularly the expat experience, having lived and worked in a number of other countries throughout my life.
My relationships with clients are all unique and central to the positive outcomes that clients experience in therapy. Like all meaningful relationships, therapy may involve challenging conversations and the exploration of painful experiences, but it can also be a place for laughter, light, and hope.
I am a registered member with BACP.
