I am a professionally qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals who may struggle with a variety of issues. I offer a warm, supportive and safe environment where we can explore what is going on in your life. We can work together to find alternative ways of dealing with them.
I am sensitive to how difficult it might be to share things with a stranger, so I work to create an atmosphere of trust within the room. As the therapeutic work develops, hopefully it would become easier for you to share and further strengthen our relationship. Working with me will allow you the space to express what is going on for you in a safe non-judgemental environment.

THE WAY I WORK
I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means bringing together a few different approaches to help work on the issues. These approaches are mainly: Person Centered which surrounds the here and now or current situations. Psychodynamic which involve issues that you may not be consciously aware of and issues in your past. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which focuses on developing techniques to change unwanted thoughts and behavioural patterns.
