The way I work
My approach is empathic, relational, and direct. Using a straightforward style, I tailor my approach to allow your needs to guide our work. At your own pace, we will address the cause of your distress and the behaviour patterns that are limiting your progress.
Alongside talking therapy, I can bring in other practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and chairwork. If suitable we can use creative approaches like drawing and working with imagery.
Therapy is a collaborative process; this means a good therapeutic relationship is essential to our success. Together we will build a trusting and supportive relationship that will enable you to change and grow.
