ABOUT ME

I work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, stress, low mood, poor mental health, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), imposter syndrome, relationship difficulties, or challenges related to neurodivergence, such as Autism or ADHD.

I offer individual and couples therapy to help you move towards greater wellbeing and build healthier, happier relationships with yourself and with others.

I provide a safe, supportive and compassionate space where we can explore what is making you feel unhappy or stuck. Together, we can work towards helping you find more peace, clarity and emotional balance.

My approach is based on Transactional Analysis (TA), a form of psychotherapy that explores feelings, thoughts, behaviours and relationship patterns. I also incorporate elements similar to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), together with mindfulness, to support greater awareness and emotional connection.

I believe that compassion and a kinder relationship with yourself can help you feel better, experience greater peace of mind, and develop more satisfying relationships.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can sometimes become a source of pain, confusion and stress rather than love, comfort and connection. You may be feeling resentful, distant, unheard, or unsure how to move forward together.

Couples therapy can help you understand the patterns and dynamics in your relationship, improve communication, and explore why conflict, distance or loss of intimacy may have developed.
