I’m an experienced independent therapist running my own private practice. I offer sessions online and in hired consulting rooms in Central London.
I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Career Coach specialising in confidence and anxiety issues. I have been working with people 121 on their career and work issues for over 25 years. I co-founded and ran a PR headhunting firm in London for 10 years, managing a small team of consultants before retraining with the world-renowned Quest Institute and becoming and accredited career counsellor. I’m also trained in hypnobirthing – having used this with two of my three children with great results, it’s a skill I love to pass on.

The way I work
It’s very simple. I put everything into being the kind of relaxing coach and therapist I wish I’d met as a younger person in those days when I’d settled for less and wasn’t being the me that I wanted to be.
This therapist operates independently. Therapy services are provided directly by the therapist, who may see clients online, from their own premises, or in hired consulting rooms.
