I’m an experienced independent therapist running my own private practice. I offer sessions at EC1V 8AB and in hired consulting rooms in Central London.
As a Systemic and Family psychotherapist I aim to create a safe and warm environment wherein you’re working towards understanding and unpacking your distress. Therapy can be an intimidating path to choose from, but I’m here to listen and support you on your journey towards optimum well-being. My therapy approach comes from perspectives of systemic and trauma-informed practices.

Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy: Concentration – Clinical Trauma from Pacific Oaks College
MSc Psychology from the University of East London
B.S Criminal Justice from Wayne State University
