Life can sometimes be challenging. I believe that being attentively listened to in a supportive and confidential space can be an experience that has significant power to heal, and that true creativity begins with an insight.
I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist in various settings, including a GP Surgery in Barnet (NHS), Psychosis Intervention Service in Haringay (NHS), MIND Westminster, and the Wimbledon Guild. I have also worked as a group facilitator in the NHS as well as in Arbours Therapeutic Communities. I have also been part of the British Red Cross's Home from Hospital Service, as well as Refugee Services.
